Volunteering (2018)

During 2018 I was volunteer at Gilwell Park, England, the Headquarters fo the Scout association. As a volunteer, we are in charge of taking care of the Scout center doing cleaning, maintenace, we also are instructors of different activities like Archery, Climbing, Kayaking, Bushcraft, etc.
As a Volunteer I improved my english skills, teamwork, cooperation, scope, group managment, customers service and learn how to work with people from around the world.
Also, during the volunteering I did a personal project designing and building a Team-building game called "Spider-web" where the players improve theirs teamwork, coordination, communication, problem solving and leadership.
